Ripped after 3 months of use

It's a super cute bag but unfortunately the quality is terrible. I reached out to customer service and they said they would replace my bag as it was a rare occurrence, but every time I tried to get my bag replaced I was ghosted. They gave me a $40 gift card but for how much I spent on this bag it really should have lasted much longer. I keep good care of my bags and the ripping started happening so soon after getting the bag. Also it was all in the areas where normal opening and closing bends the material so doesn't make sense for the fabric to just start ripping. Overall if you are looking into buying this bag I would say save your money and find something else or even a different brand because their customer service isn't very good.

cute but not durable

I loved this bag until it ripped. The outer seem on the flap closure ripped completely across the bag. I don't know if this was a defective bag or just a poor design, but I was definitely not overly rough with it. This happened a couple months in to using it as my daily bag. I guess I expected better quality at this price. Probably would have gotten it in all the colors. Really disappointing.

Cute and chic

Used the bag for my trip to Italy and as small as it is I was able to take my essentials (Iphone, lipstick, lip balm, keys, hand sanitizer, makeup compact and mini wet hair brush) and organize museums tickets and credit cards all in this small bag! It also kept its form in my carry on bag.
